Nika Loves Return and Refund Policy

At Nika Loves, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process

  • Approved returns must be sent to the designated address provided.

  • We will send you a return shipping label and instructions upon acceptance of your return request.

  • Items sent back with prior return request approval will be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at Info@nikaloves.com if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For specific item inquiries, contact us.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the desired item promptly, return the original item first. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The returned item must be in the same condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
